In 2024, a technological complex was put into operation for strengthening and restoring the surface of the internal dimensions of cylindrical products with a diameter of 120 mm and above.
In 2021, a 2,000 sq. m. production facility was put into operation in Český Brod, 30 km from Prague, where all work is carried out, from acceptance to delivery of finished products.
In 2019, two large grinding machines from the German company Friedrich Schmaltz were purchased and put into operation, which allow grinding of all types of shafts up to 4 meters long.
In 2017, tests for the restoration of wheel sets of railway cars and locomotives were successfully completed. The tests were carried out at the Czech Railway Research Institute (VUŽ výzkumný ústav železniční). The tests were conducted over 10 million cycles to check for shaft fatigue. After that, a certificate was issued by the Czech Railway.
In 2016-2017, the production was modernized. A new robotic technological complex was introduced, which allows for the programmed automatic restoration of the surfaces of locomotive diesel crankshaft journals, wheel sets, internal diameters of wheel bearings, etc. using low-temperature thermal spraying.
